A protocol of the detection the efficiency of the usage drug Licopide in patients with psoriasis. v1

Abstract

Criteria for inclusion a patient to the study: the duration of the disease psoriasis from 6 months to 45 years. Before drug treatment were detected: the level of cytokines and adhesion molecules in the blood serum of patients using ELISA kits (Protein Contour LLC, St. Petersburg, Russia), quantitative analysis of the content of nitric oxide (NO) in the blood serum by the level of its stable metabolites - NO2 + NO3 ions, determined spectrophotometrically (spectrophotometer DU-50 BecKman, USA) at a wavelength of 520 nm. PASI measurement, the blood cells analysis. 3. Treatment with Licopid (AO Peptek, Moscow, Russia): Licopid was used for 1 tablet (10 mg) for half an hour before meals 2 times a day for 20 days.According to the indications (severe itching, burning), H1-blockers were additionally prescribed. In a number of cases, as required, topical steroids were also used on the lesions in the area of the skin of the face and upper limbs. 4. After drug treatment were detected: the level of cytokines and adhesion molecules in the blood serum of patients using ELISA kits (Protein Contour LLC, St. 5. Data analysis.
