The study included 120 children with chronic cholecystocholangitis and associated violation of the functional state of the liver. We have studied indices of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in the dynamics of the application of complex treatment regimens. There had been detected reduced HGF level in children with chronic cholecystocholangitis who received standard therapy + ascorutin, which is considered as the reduction of regenerative activity of hepatocytes. When used ascorutin and thiotriazoline in combined treatment, significant decrease in HGF level was observed, due to cytoprotective and capillary-stabilizing effects on endotheliocytes of sinusoids and hepatocytes in general. Stabilization of TNF-α probably occurs when thiotriazoline is being used in combined treatment that directly caused by cytoprotective and antioxidant effects of the above preparation.
