Efficiency analysis of different approaches to the third stage of long-term training in team games

Abstract

Efficiency of construction of the third stage of long-term preparation of young sportsmen is certain. In researches 187 players took part in age 16-18 years. The parameters of expenses of energy and frequency of heart-throbs are represented for players on mini-football and basketball during the competition and trainings loadings. Information of deep medical inspection is also presented. Information characterize the state of health of young sportsmen and feature of ration of feed of players. On results the complex medical inspection of players: 42,71 % serious rejections have basketball-players in a state of health.
