Optimization of the Process of Repairs in the Sugar Central UEB "Argeo Martínez", of the County of Guantánamo, by Means of the Reticular Programming

Abstract

The country is buried in the sugar recovery, picked up in the limit 211 of the Economic and Social Politics of the Communist Party of Cuba to "increase in a gradual way the production of sugar and derived of the cane, assuring a correct organization and planning of the harvest and the industrial repair…" , for it the process of repairs contributes notably to the optimization of the harvest. From the economic point of view the repairs represent until 45% of the total cost of the production of sugar, therefore any decrease of this indicator, it influences decisively in the efficiency of the process of production. The objective of the present work is to determine the good plan of the repairs in the UEB sugar industry "Argeo Martínez", by means of the Reticular Programming. The results obtained in the application present a decrease of the total costs of the repairs of 14% for the use of the free looseness.
