Diseño de una propuesta en línea sobre la metodología Flipeed Learning desde el modelo instruccional ASSURE

Abstract

Este trabajo presenta el diseño tecno-pedagógico de una acción formativa en línea basada en la metodología Flipeed Learning. La revisión de la literatura ha versado sobre las aportaciones de las metodologías activas en la formación del docente universitario. La propuesta se diseña desde el modelo instruccional ASSURE para la implementación de la tecnología educativa con el objetivo de promover unos aprendizajes que cubran las necesidades de la educación y la sociedad del siglo XXI. La acción formativa está dirigida al profesorado universitario que quiera conocer la metodología Flipeed Learning para su aplicación en las clases. El procedimiento llevado a cabo para dicha acción formativa en línea consiste en que el propio profesorado participante en el curso vivencie y experimente dicha metodología y aprenda haciendo. Para ello, el profesorado elaborará una propuesta de Flipeed Learning aplicada a una de las asignaturas que imparte. Se constata la necesidad de la creación de una comunidad aprendizaje entre el profesorado como herramienta indispensable para el desarrollo de un nuevo paradigma educativo.

The techno-pedagogical design of an online training based on the Flipped Learning methodology is presented in this research. The review of the literature has been realised according to contributions of active methodologies in the training of university teachers. Our proposal is based on the instructional design model ASSURE in which the implementation of educational technology is produced. The objective of this model is promoting learning that will meet the needs of education and society in the 21st century. The training action is focused on university teachers who want to know the Flipped Learning methodology for application in their classes. The procedure carried out for these online training actions is supported on “learning by doing” methodology. Therefore, the teachers will elaborate a proposal of Flipped Learning applied to one of the subjects that they impart. Our results show the need for the creation of learning community among the teaching staff. It would use as an indispensable tool for the development of a new educational model.
