Abstract

Het project ASSURED-UAM (Acceptance, Safety and Sustainability Recommendations for Efficient Deployment of the Urban Air Mobility) zorgde voor de robuustheid van uitstekende parameters voor naadloze verticale transportontwikkeling, waarbij de UAM een van de meest effectieve bijdragen levert aan klimaatneutraal stedelijk vervoer tegen 2050. ASSURED-UAM is een coördinatie- en ondersteuningsactie die wordt gefinancierd in het kader van de LC-MG-1-12-2020 oproep - Steden als klimaatbestendige - verbonden multimodale knooppunten voor slimme en schone mobiliteit: nieuwe benaderingen voor innovatieve oplossingen. ASSURED-UAM heeft verschillende belanghebbenden op het gebied van stedelijk vervoer en stadsplanning, luchtvaart en ATM, energie-infrastructuur en financiering en aanbesteding geïdentificeerd en erbij betrokken om haalbare invoeringsstrategieën voor UAM te ontwikkelen. Op basis van de kennis van de belanghebbenden heeft ASSURED-UAM scenario's opgesteld binnen een tijdsbestek van 5, 10 en 15 jaar en respectieve waarschijnlijke UAM use cases (UC): voor elk tijdsbestek werden situaties van levering (vracht) en openbare diensten getest in de metropolitane steden GZM, Porto (MCP) en Bari (MCB); terwijl de leveringsdiensten hoofdzakelijk gebaseerd zijn op particuliere investeringen voor commerciële transacties op toenemende schaal in de tijd, waren de openbare diensten gericht op gezondheidsondersteuning, gaande van de levering van geneesmiddelen, bloed en materiaal tot het medisch vervoer van patiënten, als onbemande oplossing ter vervanging van de traditionele medische nooddiensten per helikopter.
