Abstract

It was established that the ratio of homozygotes for the main allele, heterozygotes and homozygotes for the minor allele in the study of T-138 → C polymorphism was 58,7%, 36,7%, and 4,6%, respectively, in the study of G-7 → A polymorphism – 41,8%, 54,5%, and 3,6%; in the assessment of Thr83 → Ala polymorphism – 43,9%, 45,9%, and 10,2%. A comparative analysis of the results with data from studies in other populations was performed.
