
The paper shows it necessary to make radiation control of building materials and raw materials by using the emanating value. Two methods for determination of the emanating ability are proposed. One method is aimed under natural conditions while assessing radiation of natural deposits of loose building materials, the other should be used in the laboratory setting to control of ready-made building materials and raw materials.
