
Thanks to CC an important number of endocrine sterility has been cured. The antiestrogenic effect of CC has been accused to promote perturbations of cervical mucus secretion and endometrial receptivity. The different technics to assure correction of negative side effects while promoting optimal activity of clomiphene will be discussed in terms of modern evaluation methods.
