Erythema chronicum migrans.

A patient with two episodes of an annular erythematous eruption is reported herein. Erythema chronicum migrans was suggested by the appearance and course of the eruption. In the second episode a bullous histology was found, possibly indicating an increasing hypersensitivity response. Since Weil-Felix titers did not change, there was a lack of correlation with rickettsia infection.
