
In cases with characteristic case history (contact with tropical sandy beaches and other sandy, warm and moist regions) and typical clinical picture (itching cordlike lesions) larva migrans infection should be considered. This case report is given because of the growing number of tourists visiting these countries and the not general known treatment.
