
An unusual case of a successful pregnancy in a patient with aortic, mitral, and tricuspid heart valve prostheses is presented and pertinent management problems are discussed. Although anticoagulation offers protection to the mother from thromboembolic episodes, it carries a high risk for maternal morbidity and fetal wastage.
