
In comparison to the classical mixed lymphocyte culture (MLC) method a MLC technique using whole blood cultures of responding cells and a pool of prepared stimulating cells from 10 healthy blood donors is described. The reproducibility of cryopreservation of stimulating lymphocytes was proven by means of cell electrophoresis.
