
A 17-year-old female patient suffered from bullous dermatitis of the oral mucosa, followed by skin lesions about one year after first manifestation of the disease. Clinical picture, histopathology, as well as immunofluorescent findings proved herpetiform pemphigus. Here we discuss the typical characteristics of the disease.
