El despido colectivo

Abstract

El objeto de estudio planteado a continuación tiene que ver con la extinción del contrato de trabajo, concretamente con el despido colectivo contemplado en el artículo 51 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores. Lo que se pretende conseguir es hacer un análisis detallado del despido colectivo analizando así todos sus aspectos. Además se pondrá de relieve todo lo expuesto junto a la reforma laboral que opera desde el año 2012 en España. Por otro lado, veremos como la jurisprudencia interpreta a través de las sentencias del Tribunal Supremo cada aspecto cuestionado en este trabajo.
