Abstract

Amb l'objectiu de prevenir embarassos no desitjats i la transmissió de malaties de transmissió sexual, els joves – considerat un grup vulnerable i exposat al risc – són objecte de polítiques i campanyes encaminades a monitoritzar i incidir en els seus comportaments profilàctics. Però què és el que porta aquests joves a usar uns o altres mètodes en les seves trajectòries vitals? Les decisions preses en l'ús d'anticonceptius i la manera com es prenen estan íntimament vinculades a l'experiència dels seus cossos, de les seves sexualitats, de les relacions amb els altres i de les seves identitats. Aquesta recerca vol ser un apropament antropològic a les pràctiques anticonceptives de joves heterosexuals, social i culturalment articulades en un context atravessat per un sistema de gènere encara molt dicotòmic.
