Abstract

Estrategia web en China: Instituto Cervantes de Pekín, pretende ser un proyecto de referencia a posibles empresas e instituciones, que contemplan, entre sus objetivos obtener o mejorar su presencia y visibilidad web en China. En primer lugar se realiza un análisis de la situación actual de Internet en Asia, más específicamente en China, tomando como referencia indicadores claves como el volumen de internautas, el perfil de usuario, las características sociales, culturales, geográficas o políticas en las que se desarrolla Internet y su problemática correspondiente como la dimensión, la distancia cultural e idiomatica, la existencia de sistemas de control de la información estatales, alto nivel de actualización y de abandono de las plataformas asentadas, el alto volumen de diversidad de oferta, etc... En segundo lugar, se analizan por un lado el Instituto Cervantes de Pekín y su estrategia web en China y por otro, la competencia, con el objetivo de poder medir su imagen de marca, posicionamiento y popularidad actual en Internet con respecto a sus competidores. Al final de ambos análisis se establecen unas conclusiones y se propone un plan de acción para mejorar la estrategia de internacionalización web actual.
