Juicio cambiario

De conformidad con la dicción literal del art, 819 LEC, solo procederá el juicio cambiario si, al incoarlo, se presenta letra de cambio, cheque o pagaré que reúnan los requisitos previstos en la Ley Cambiaria y del Cheque (LCCh). En consecuencia, los requisitos que deben cumplir los títulos cambiarios vienen fijados por la LEC, pero son concretados por la LCCh.
