Abstract

En su reciente volumen Nexus. Una breve historia de las redes de información desde la Edad de Piedra hasta la IA (Debate, 2024), el filósofo de éxito planetario Yuval Noah Harari, dedica no pocas páginas a un tema crucial para su exposición: la burocracia. Harari afirma: «La mitología y la burocracia son los pilares gemelos sobre los que se apoya toda sociedad a gran escala». La burocracia, en efecto, constituye una estructura administrativa consustancial a toda organización social, ya desde civilizaciones tan antiguas como la sumeria.
