Abstract

Vivimos en una sociedad en constante evolución, marcada por cambios políticos, sociales, económicos y culturales que son impulsados, en gran medida, por el acceso creciente a las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación, así como por los flujos migratorios masivos y la diversidad cultural. Todo ello ha generado una transformación significativa en lo referente a la manera en que las personas trabajan, se comunican y se relacionan entre sí (González y González, 2008; Johnson et al., 2015; Ortega, 2010; Prats, 2005). En este contexto de cambio continuo, la capacidad de comunicarse oralmente de manera efectiva y expresarse con claridad y coherencia es fundamental para el éxito personal y profesional de los estudiantes universitarios.
