Abstract

La base teórica que fundamenta la redacción de este informe de diagnóstico es de carácter interdisciplinar y se alimenta de marcos teóricos complementarios. En primer lugar, este trabajo ha partido de las descripciones que, sobre el lenguaje jurídico, existen tanto en español como en otras tradiciones lingüísticas, especialmente la anglosajona. La tradición de los estudios sobre el discurso jurídico en español ha tomado la oración como unidad de análisis y, en consecuencia, ha focalizado su atención en la ortografía, aspectos gramaticales (en particular, problemas relacionados con la subordinación) y el léxico (fundamentalmente, unidades terminológicas y usos arcaicos de algunos términos que pueden dificultar la comprensión del documento).
