Abstract

[spa] Introducción: En la actualidad, el trasplante de pulmón se ha convertido en una alternativa terapéutica eficaz para pacientes con enfermedades respiratorias avanzadas. Dado que las complicaciones en la vía aérea son una fuente significativa de morbilidad y mortalidad post-trasplante, el estudio se enfoca en identificar y comprender mejor estos eventos para mejorar los resultados clínicos. Hipótesis: Se plantea que a pesar de los avances en el trasplante pulmonar, el aumento del número de injertos trasplantados gracias a la liberación de criterios de aceptación de donantes y la creciente complejidad de muchos de ellos, la incidencia de complicaciones de la vía aérea no se ha visto incrementada en comparación con datos históricos. Objetivos: El estudio busca analizar la incidencia de complicaciones en la vía aérea en pacientes trasplantados de pulmón, identificar los principales factores de riesgo asociados con estas complicaciones y evaluar cómo afectan la supervivencia de los pacientes trasplantados.
