Mobilitat residencial intermunicipal en la Regió Metropolitana de Barcelona

Abstract

Aquest treball tracta d’estudiar la mobilitat residencial entre municipis de la Regió Metropolitana de Barcelona en el període anterior a la Covid tenint en compte la influència del mercat de l'habitatge per veure quins fluxos de mobilitat residencial hi ha i de quina manera el preu de l'habitatge redueix o augmenta aquests desplaçaments. L'objectiu principal és esclarir quins són els municipis que absorbeixen i expulsen població segons els preus de l’habitatge. S’han fet servir les dades de l'EVR i les dades sobre els preus del lloguer i venda de cada municipi per analitzar la relació que tenen. També es vol aclarir les causes de la mobilitat a través de l'anàlisi de característiques sociodemogràfiques i les conseqüències de la mobilitat. Els resultats han mostrat que la ciutat de Barcelona i els seus voltants expulsen població i els que n’atrauen són les ciutats mitjanes i pobles d’arreu de la RMB i que hi ha una relació d'influència entre el preu de compravenda i les altes i baixes d’un municipi. L’edat és un factor molt important en les causes de la mobilitat com també el règim de tinença i l’estat civil. La classe social és un condicionant d’aquesta, ja que modula els fluxos existents i condueix a les persones a zones de nivell socioeconòmic similar.
