Ensayo Clínico Aleatorio sobre los efectos de la tutorización en el shock transicional en las enfermeras noveles del Hospital de Sant Pau

Abstract

Este documento consiste en un proyecto de investigación sobre como la tutorización, usando el modelo tradicional, afecta al shock transicional de las enfermeras noveles. Este proyecto se basa en el marco teórico de Duchscher, el cual las enfermeras noveles pasan por las fases “Haciendo” y “siendo”, hasta llegar a la última etapa que es la de “Conocimiento”. El objetivo principal es analizar la efectividad de una intervención de tutorización según el modelo tradicional, en profesionales enfermeras de nueva incorporación en el Hospital de la Santa Creu i San Pau que se realizará durante el período de julio 2022 hasta abril 2023, a nivel de la reducción del tiempo estimado de las transiciones del shock transicional durante el periodo comprendido de julio del 2022 a julio del 2023. Los objetivos secundarios consisten en comprobar si la tutorización también afecta a la mejor satisfacción del profesional, al aumento de la seguridad del paciente, a la mayor autoconfianza y al mayor empoderamiento a través del pensamiento reflexivo. Para realizar este proyecto se realizará un ensayo clínico aleatorio con enmascaramiento. Las implicaciones que se esperan es mejorar la seguridad del paciente, un incremento de la autoconfianza y del pensamiento reflexivo de las enfermeras noveles.
