Misteri a Mundet: Escape Room al CRAI Biblioteca del Campus de Mundet de la Universitat de Barcelona

Abstract

[spa] Entre abril y junio de 2019, el CRAI Biblioteca del Campus de Mundet (CBCM) organizó el escape room Misteri a Mundet con el objetivo de acercarse a los usuarios y presentar los espacios del CBCM de una forma lúdica. Se trataba de una actividad no competitiva, en la que los grupos participantes tenían que resolver un misterio relacionado con la historia del Campus de Mundet y del edificio donde se encuentra ubicado el CBCM. La actividad se desarrolló en dos ediciones, constituidas por una prueba piloto y seis sesiones, registrando una participación total de 134 personas, entre estudiantes, profesorado y amigos/familiares. Las inscripciones y la comunicación con los participantes se llevaron a cabo mediante el Servicio de WhatsApp del CBCM. La experiencia logró la consecución del objetivo establecido y contribuyó al refuerzo de la imagen del CBCM y de la marca CRAI UB, obteniendo un grado de satisfacción elevado entre todos los participantes.

Les inscripcions i la comunicació amb els participants es van dur terme mitjançant el servei de WhatsApp del CBCM. L’experiència va assolir l’objectiu fixat i va contribuir al reforçament de la imatge del CBCM i de la marca CRAI UB, aconseguint un grau de satisfacció elevat entre tots els participants.

[eng] Between April and June 2019, the CRAI Biblioteca del Campus de Mundet (CBCM) has organised a Room Escape (called “Misteri a Mundet”) with the objectives of getting closer to the users and present in a playful way the CBCM spaces. Two editions of the activity were developed, comprising a test pilot and six sessions, registering a total assistance of 134 persons (divided in students, teachers and friends / family). Inscriptions and communications with the participants were done via the WhatsApp account of the CBCM. This experience achieved its objectives and contributed to the reinforcement of the CRAI UB’s image and brand. It obtained high rates among all participants.
