Abstract

Hace ya tiempo que los dos autores del texto que se acompaña iniciaron seminarios sobre creación de empresas y lanzamiento de nuevos productos. Alumnos de segundo curso de la Facultad han sido los asistentes a los mencionados seminarios. Este último curso, a estos dos seminarios hay que añadir un nuevo grupo al que la autora ha impartido algunas sesiones. Esta es nuestra última experiencia en este tipo de cursos y quizá el que dio la idea para preparar un cuestionario. A menudo veíamos que nuestros alumnos de segundo curso se planteaban proyectos, los estudiaban a fondo, diseñaban su producto, su estrategia de mercado, su organización, su financiación, valoraban sus inversiones ... , en fin, establecían las bases para su 'nueva' y 'flamante' empresa; pero ... ¿y los que tienen mayor posibilidad? Esto es, los mayores, las personas que ya son licenciados, diplomados o poseen ya un título, los que tienen experiencia, los que poseen algunos medios monetarios, ¿cómo se lo plantean?, ¿cómo lo ven? A este último grupo pertenecen los del último curso. Se trata de un Curso de 'Creación y Organización de Empresas' que imparte el Instituto de Economía Pública, Cooperativa y de Derecho Tributario de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Barcelona.
