Abstract

En octubre de 2018 la entonces directora del FMI Christine Lagarde resumía su análisis de los retos globales en tres T: T de Trade, por los problemas comerciales que dieron un salto cualitativo ese año, T de Turbulencias, T de Trust, referida tanto al deterioro de la confianza en las reglas del juego vigentes en las últimas décadas como a la creciente insatisfacción en muchos lugares de importantes sectores de la sociedad.
