Autoficción en los procesos de selección laboral

Abstract

[spa] Ser, hoy en día en nuestra sociedad occidental biocapitalista, es indisociable del ser que trabaja. Nuestra identidad, ese relato enforma de autoficción que construimos y por el cual se nos reconoce, encuentra en nuestro trabajo la base sobre la que sustentarse. Del mismo modo, es también nuestro trabajo el que organiza nuestra vida en términos de tiempo, de prioridades, de valores, etc. Esta investigación toma este contexto para focalizarse en los procesos de selección de personas, en concreto, para las posiciones en las que los trabajadores son contratados por «su aportación de valor». En estos procesos se da uno de los momentos en que más se evidencia la construcción de nuestra autoficción. Durante el proceso de investigación he llevado a cabo una autoetnografía partiendo de mi introducción en dos procesos de selección. La formalización de la investigación es un audiovisual en el que el material «en bruto» se mezcla con el material recread.
