Abstract

El meu treball de fi de Postgrau es basa en la intervenció educativa emocional duta a terme a l’escola Doctor Carulla d’Arbúcies i adreçada a l’alumnat de sisè de primària (11-12 anys) que faran el pas cap a l’institut. L’objectiu principal de la intervenció es centra en el desenvolupament de les competències emocionals definides pel GROP, i parteix de les necessitats detectades en l’anàlisi de les característiques de l’alumnat, de grup i de l’entorn. Aquestes necessitats es centren en el desenvolupament d’estratègies per afrontar aquest període de canvis i d’agitació emocional propis del moment: exàmens finals, viatge de fi de curs, la incertesa del que es trobaran a l’institut, passar de ser els més gran a ser els més petits... Es tracta de donar eines per a millorar la seva autoestima i autoconfiança i per aprendre a gestionar les seves emocions, sense oblidar el desenvolupament de la consciència emocional, que és el primer pas per a poder passar a les altres competències. El fet de donar-los eines per a l’autoafirmació, els permetrà ser ells mateixos, guanyar en seguretat i decisió per afrontar aquest moment amb responsabilitat i fermesa.
