L' Anna i l'Evelyn són dues treballadores d'una empresa de mobles. En Francisco és el nou cap i vol renovar l'empresa per obtenir més beneficis, de manera que decideix fer fora a una de les dues treballadores. Totes dues hauran de competir durant una setmana per veure quina es queda amb el lloc de feina, però finalment decideixen unir-se contra l'enemic comú: el cap.
