[cat] Aquesta recerca té per objecte analitzar de forma exploratòria la situació social de les persones sexiliades LGBTQ a Barcelona, al 2016-2017. Aquestes són un grup de persones que poden ser discriminades per diverses formes, i que poden presentar necessitats socials específiques. L’estudi de la seva situació s’escau necessària perquè els diferents eixos pels que poden ser discriminats augmenten el seu risc d’exclusió social. Aquests eixos es basen en la seva orientació sexual i/o la seva identitat de gènere, i en la seva ètnia i/o origen nacional. A més a més, el limitat nombre de recerques prèvies i de literatura acadèmica entorn a aquest col·lectiu, augmenten la necessitat de realitzar aquesta recerca. El Treball Social troba en les persones sexiliades LGBTQ un col·lectiu i una problemàtica d’estudi per la seva disciplina. A partir del paradigma del canvi radical i de la postmodernitat, situem el feminisme queer, la interculturalitat, i els estudis sobre discriminació, com a conceptes que ens aproximen parcialment a la problemàtica objecte d’estudi. Conseqüentment, la recerca té dos objectius generals: comprendre la situació social de les persones sexiliades LGBTQ, en quant a la seva discriminació i a les seves necessitats socials, a Barcelona; i extreure informació que permeti millorar l’atenció social de les persones sexiliades LGBTQ, a Barcelona. La metodologia ha estat qualitativa, sense pretensions generalitzables. La població objecte d’estudi han estat les persones usuàries d’ACATHI, i els i les professionals que hi treballen, conformant una mostra de 26 subjectes. Els instruments de recollida de informació ha estat el grup de discussió, l’entrevista grupal, l’entrevista individual en profunditat, i el qüestionari Duke-Unc-11. Els resultats ens indiquen de l’existència de situacions de discriminació negativa i indirecta en la Barcelona del 2016-2017. Aquesta discriminació pren una forma intersseccional donat que poden ser discriminats per raó de la seva orientació sexual i/o identitat de gènere, i pel seu origen nacional/ètnic, i a més a més, aquestes discriminacions provenen tant dels col·lectius de migrants i LGBTQ, com des de la resta de la societat. Aquesta situació col·loca les persones sexiliades LGBTQ en una posició de invisibilització, de la qual se’n deriven les seves necessitats socials específiques relatives a la representació sociocultural.

[eng] The purpose of this research is to analyse in an exploratory way the social situation of LGBTQ sexiled in Barcelona, at 2016-2017. This group of people can be discriminated by different ways, and may require specifically social needs. The study of their social situation is presented as necessary because of their higher social exclusion risk. This is based on the possible discrimination provided by their sexual orientation or they gender identity, and by their ethnicity or national origin. Although, the absence of previous researches increases the need to study LGBTQ sexiled. Social Work finds on their social situation an object of his discipline. Following the paradigm of radical change and postmodernism we found queer feminism, interculturality, and the theories about discrimination. The concepts that emerge from them allow the researcher to partially understand the social situation of LGBTQ sexiled. Consequently, the research has two objectives: to understand the social situation of LGBTQ sexiled with regard to the discrimination and their social needs, in Barcelona; and to find information to improve the social action with LGBTQ sexiled. This research is based on a qualitative methodology, and has no generalizable aspirations. The target population of the research are the LGBTQ sexiled attended by ACATHI, and the workers of this organisation. This conforms 26 subjects of sample. To achieve the objectives, the researcher used the discussion group, the group interview, the individual in-depth interview, and the Duke-Unc-11 questionnaire. The analysis of the information extracted from the subjects, indicates the existence of a negative and indirect social discrimination of the LGBTQ sexiled in Barcelona. This one takes the form of an intersectional discrimination. LGBTQ migrants are discriminated by their ethnicity or national origin and by their sexual orientation or gender identity, as a result of a stigmatization on their own subordinate groups: the LGBTQ and the migrants. Although, they can be discriminated by the rest of the society by the same reasons. This kind of discrimination situate the subjects of study on a invisibilization that generates specifically social needs relatives to the social representation.
