Fénix. Relato de vida tras el maltrato infantil

Abstract

[spa] Este trabajo de investigación se basa en mi propia experiencia resiliente tras haber sufrido maltrato infantil. Se caracteriza por ser un trabajo reflexivo, autobiográfico y de mejora profesional. Fénix apuesta, pues, por investigar el proceso de resiliencia detectando los elementos que la configuran. Dotando a los lectores de una mejor comprensión sobre el proceso y el cierre de viejas heridas o traumas que llevan a cabo las personas y que en la profesión de educación social pueden reabrirse al sentirse reflejado en los participantes de nuestras intervenciones. Así pues, Fénix no solo busca reforzarme como educadora social, sino que también contribuye a dar y poner voz a aquellos que han vivido o están viviendo algo similar. Además también anima a los profesionales del ámbito a que hagan un trabajo personal como este, quizá de manera más informal, para que sean capaces de detectar sus debilidades con el fin de transfórmalas en potencialidades, mejorando así como educador/a y pudiendo hacer frente a situaciones que le puedan tocar muy de cerca.

[eng] This research work is based on my own resilient experience after having suffered child abuse. It is characterized by being a reflexive, autobiographical and professional improvement work. Fénix therefore bets on investigating the process of resilience by detecting the elements that make it up. Giving readers a better understanding about the process and closing of old wounds or traumas that people carry out and that in the profession of social education can be reopened as it is reflected in the participants of our interventions. Thus, Fénix not only seeks to strengthen me as a social educator, but also contributes to giving and giving voice to those who have lived or are living something similar. It also encourages professionals in the field to do personal work like this, perhaps in a more informal way, so that they are able to detect their weaknesses in order to transform them into potentialities, thus improving the educator and being able to cope with situations that you can touch very closely.
