Gestión de la competencia de acción profesional

Abstract

Las grandes transformaciones del cambio de siglo han generado un debate prolífico en torno a la configuración actual de la profesionalidad, reflejado en las primeras páginas del artículo con razones explicativas. Tras su análisis, el autor presenta su concepción sobre la competencia de acción profesional -CAP-, asentada sobre un pormenorizado análisis documental del estado de la cuestión. A partir de la misma, aporta un modelo de gestión de la CAP, constrastado en parte por su equipo de investigación en la Sociedad ALECOP del grupo Mondragón Corporación Cooperativa (MCC). Al final, apunta los retos principales que deben abordar los sistemas de certificación de competencias, a través de los recién creados Institutos de Cualificación en el entorno español.
