Estudio cinético de la extremidad inferior en el boxeo

Abstract

Introducción: La extremidad inferior en el ámbito boxístico es considerada una de las zonas más importantes, debido a que la posición y los movimientos de pierna, son la base para la realización óptima de éste deporte. Las lesiones en el tren inferior son de gran importancia, y por lo que indican diferentes estudios, no tienen gran porcentaje de aparición en comparación al resto de lesiones. Material y métodos: Para realizar éste estudio hemos grabado a 10 boxeadores durante el 1º y 3º asalto, para obtener videos a partir de los cuales describiremos la posición base y los movimientos que se observan con más asiduidad. Éstos boxeadores, han contestado a un cuestionario, gracias al cual sabremos qué tipo de lesiones han sufrido a lo largo de su carrera boxística. Resultados: Podemos observar como los boxeadores mantienen una posición y realizan unos movimientos comunes, a pesar de los diferentes estilos que tienen. La cantidad de pasos y de pivotaje desciende conforme avanzamos en el combate, dando a entender que el cansancio del boxeador, interviene de forma directa en el combate. Discusión: Conseguimos realizar la relación entre las lesiones que han sufrido los boxeadores, con los resultados de los videos y la posición y movimientos que hemos descrito. Conclusión: Hemos podido describir la posición básica, los movimientos más habituales y, a pesar de la limitada población, se describen algunas lesiones que podrían coincidir con las que se producen de forma más frecuente.
