The execution of a stage during the university period allows students a first direct contact with real life in organizations giving them the opportunity to verify their capability to apply what they learned during the courses. The present paper illustrates the way of operating of the Job Placement service in the Faculty of Economics of the University in Turin, focusing on the correct stage process control, in order to implement a better professional integration with an higher occupational quality of life for the graduated as well as the satisfaction of the other stakeholders (families, host companies, local community, University).
