This study evaluates the effectiveness of frass and exuviae from Hermetia illucens in controlling Fusarium wilt of lettuce under greenhouse conditions. The materials were applied as soil amendments at different concentrations on plants inoculated with Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lactucae. Results showed a reduction in disease severity, particularly with exuviae, suggesting a role of chitin-rich materials in pathogen suppression.
