Il riconoscimento dei conflitti che attraversano la società è precondizione e allo stesso tempo cardine di una democrazia, come quella disegnata nella nostra Costituzione, pluralista, conflittuale e sociale. Muovendo da questo presupposto il contributo ricostruisce i nodi del fil noir della repressione.
