Dispersione scolastica e innovazione didattica: il lavoro interprofessionale e la formazione di insegnanti ed educatori negli IC torinesi coinvolti nel progetto “Provaci Ancora Sam”

Abstract

Il progetto "Provaci ancora Sam", da oltre trent'anni, prova ad arginare sul territorio torinese il grave problema della dispersione scolastica esplicita e implicita. I principali artefici del progetto Provaci Ancora Sam sono coloro che lo portano avanti nelle scuole, ovvero insegnanti ed educatori. Centrale è la didattica, che deve essere innovativa e soprattutto inclusiva, ovvero capace non solo di “far andare a scuola” tutti i ragazzi e le ragazze, ma soprattutto di “farli andare meglio a scuola”, ovvero di facilitare l’acquisizione delle competenze sia disciplinari che socio-emotive. Il saggio indaga l'evoluzione e le modalità attuali con cui il Sam eroga una serie di azioni a sostegno dell’attività didattica di insegnanti ed educatori, orientata all'innovazione basata sulla sperimentazione e la riflessione del personale che opera a scuola.
