Microcredential e lifelong learning: una riflessione pedagogica

Abstract

In risposta alla crisi generata dalla pandemia di Covid-19 la Commissione Europea ha messo in atto una serie di azioni focalizzate sull’inclusione, sulla creazione di nuovi posti di lavoro, ma soprattutto sull’acquisizione di competenze fondamentali per la vita e per il lavoro da parte di tutti i cittadini. Lo scopo è quello di favorire lo sviluppo sociale,economico e politico, ma soprattutto permettere a tutti di trovare la collocazione adeguata sia nel contesto sociale sia in quello professionale. La Commissione ha dunque proposto una agenda delle competenze ritenute fondamentali per tutti e ha indicato nella continuità tra scuola, università e mondo del lavoro la via privilegiata per favorire, soprattutto nei più giovani l’acquisizione di quelle conoscenze e competenze indispensabili nella realtà attuale. Il presente contributo si concentra sulle microcredentialcome strumento per la flessibilizzazione dei processi di apprendimento e di aggiornamento professionale. In una prima parte, si approfondisce il tema delle microcredentiale il loro rapporto con l’università e il mondo del lavoro. Nella seconda parte si cerca di definire il ruolo della scuola, dell’università e della pedagogia in questo contesto che rischia di marginalizzare la riflessine didattico-educativa.
