Abstract

Il contributo prende in considerazione la nuova figura degli enti del terzo settore (ETS) introdotta dal D. Lgs. n.17/2017 ed esamina come essi possano assumere personalità giuridica, quali attività possano essere dai medesimi esercitate, se gli ETS possano essere qualificati imprenditori e possano andare soggetti a procedure concorsuali, quali funzioni assolva il registro unico nazionale del terzo settore.
