Abstract

Il contributo presenta il corpus giuridico italiano "Jus Jurium" ed esplicita al contempo due caratteristiche che ne sono state preoccupazioni determinanti: la articolazione testuale (e quindi, nella fattispecie, diplomatica) e le applicazioni traduttive. Sullo sfondo alcune possibili applicazioni in glottodidattica e didattica giuridica.
