Abstract

Lo scopo di questo studio è stato di verificare se con l’utilizzo del KT si verifichi una variazione dell’espressione della forza esplosivo-elastica nel salto verticale in un gruppo di dieci atleti praticanti tennis agonistico (GT, età 16±1 anni, peso 63±8 kg, altezza 176±10 cm, anni di attività 7±3 e numero di sedute settimanali di allenamento di 3±1). di livello nazionale e la forza sub-massimale dinamica in un gruppo di soggetti che svolgono allenamento con sovraccarichi a livello amatoriale GP, età 29±4 anni, peso 76±6 kg, altezza 179±6 cm, anni di pratica sportiva 8±3 e numero di sedute di allenamento settimanali 3±1).. I risultati evidenziano che, in questo gruppo di soggetti, l’applicazione del KT per mezzo della tecnica compressiva non influenza sia le prestazione di salto verticale, sia la forza sub-massimale negli esercizi con sovraccarichi.
