In questo contributo si sviluppa il tema della giustizia a partire dalla riflessione del giurista americano J. Rawls: la sua prospettiva viene qui considerata con particolare riferimento al concetto di "scelta razionale", quale via percorrebile se si vuole pervenire all'identificazione del giusto.
