Abstract

Dans les premières démarches, il est pertinent de réaliser un diagnostic territorial qui permet une meilleure compréhension des enjeux locaux mais aussi à des échelles plus grandes en prenant en considération les communes voisines et les interrelations avec les pôles urbains. Ce processus d’analyse a été segmenté en 8 trames thématiques afin de couvrir au maximum les matières. Les réflexions menées au travers le diagnostic de ces trames se fondent à la fois sur des visites de terrain, des entretiens avec des personnes ressources, la lecture des documents de références en termes de planologie et d’opérationnalisation. Dans la continuité de ce cheminement, plusieurs schémas d’intentions viennent synthétiser la première étape et formulent des propositions d’aménagements. La dernière partie est la présentation de la vision globale sous la forme d’un master plan et d’une multitude de références de projet.
