Abstract

L'étude dont ce rapport est issue a été menée en 2019-2020 et visait spécifiquement les habitants de cinq quartiers centraux du territoire du Canal, un territoire où de nombreuses transformations socio-économiques et spatiales sont actuellement en cours. Le rapport examine les pratiques culturelles sur base de différents éléments : les dynamiques d’accès, d’exclusion, de production et de participation à la culture.
