La recension porte sur une partie du Journal of Constitutional History qui correspond à une étude réalisée à la KUL. Suivant une approche multidisciplinaire, cette étude revient sur les origines de la Constitution belge. La recension met en lumière le contenu et les interactions entre les différentes contributions à cette étude. L'objectif poursuivi est de mettre en lumière l'importance de l'approche historique pour comprendre les choix opérés dans le droit constitutionnel belge.
