Abstract

Este artículo quisiera inscribirse en una sociología de la ciencia. Para ello ofrece una reflexión sobre la intersección entre tecno-ciencia, ética, políticay epistemología. Desde esta intersección, ofrezco también un análisis de caso (el del Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad) como expresión de las tensiones socio-económicas de nuestra sociedad.
