Plan Estrategico de Mercadeo para posicionar el servicio fondo de uso múltiple de FIACOCIQUE.

Abstract

Se desarrolló un plan estratégico de marketing para un producto financiero denominado Fideicomiso de Uso Múltiple, (FUM) que ofrece Fiacoocique S.A., con su respectivo plan operativo para ejecutar de agosto 2003 al 31 de julio 2004. Contempló la elaboración de un Diagnóstico situacional y del entorno del FUM, su entorno interno, el entorno del cliente y entorno externo. La realización de un Análisis FODA para determinar fortalezas, debilidades, amenazas y oportunidades del FUM. Finalmente con base en ese Diagnostico se definió una estrategia de mercadeo, que le permita a Fiacoocique mediante la ejecución del plan operativo, reposicionar el producto. Por tratarse de un producto de captación de recursos financieros de largo plazo, cuyo objetivo es posicionarse en la mente del cliente, como la mejor opción, debe fomentarse la venta eficiente de intangibles como son la rentabilidad, y seguridad, sustentadas en una base eminente de confianza, atributos que presenta el FUM, y que generan la oportunidad del desarrollo del plan de marketing. La ejecución del proyecto contribuirá al logro del objetivo de posicionamiento en la población actual y potencial. Además permitirá un crecimiento tanto en el numero de fideicomitentes, como en los ingresos proyectados.
