Diseño de un sistema de control de calidad

Abstract

Este artículo presenta un procedimiento gene­ral, mediante el cual una persona conocedora de las técnicas de Control de Calidad, puede diseñar un sis­tema que le permita verificar el grado en que el pro­ducto o productos que fabrica, satisfacen las necesi­dades del consumidor. Para ello se plantea el sistema en doce fases, y se diseña en cuatro etapas, pudiendo ejecutarse en forma simultánea o separada, según la importancia de cada etapa y definiendo en cada una de ellas algunas de las técnicas por utilizar.
