El trabajo informal de las mujeres en España

Abstract

[Resumen] Este trabajo analiza el fenómeno del trabajo informal femenino en España desde una perspectiva de género. Se centra en cómo muchas mujeres, especialmente migrantes o en situación vulnerable, recurren a empleos sin contrato ni derechos básicos, principalmente en sectores como el servicio doméstico, los cuidados y la limpieza. Las causas incluyen la dificultad para conciliar trabajo y familia, la precariedad del mercado laboral y la discriminación estructural. Esta situación perpetúa pobreza, exclusión social y vulnerabilidad. El estudio revisa políticas actuales y propone medidas para formalizar estos empleos, garantizar derechos laborales y combatir las desigualdades de género, promoviendo una sociedad más justa e inclusiva.
